Black Belt Safety is operated by Tekkerwave Technology. It matches section 2 of our <a href=\"\/es\/terms\/\">Condiciones de servicio<\/a>; if the two ever differ, the Terms of Service control.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Memberships (Vault and other plans)<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Memberships are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel.<\/li><li>Cancel any time in <strong>My Account \u2192 Membership &amp; Billing<\/strong>. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.<\/li><li>We do not refund partially used periods.<\/li><li><strong>Charged by mistake or forgot to cancel a renewal?<\/strong> Email <a href=\"mailto:support@blackbeltsafety.com\">support@blackbeltsafety.com<\/a> within 14 days of the charge and we will review it.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Live classes<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Full refund if the trainer cancels, or reschedules to a time you cannot attend.<\/li><li>Cancel at least 48 hours before the class starts for a full refund.<\/li><li>Inside 48 hours, a seat is not refundable but can be transferred to a coworker.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job posts and other one-time purchases<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Job posts are non-refundable once published.<\/li><li>Digital products (downloads, reports, templates) are non-refundable once delivered, unless the file is broken or not what was described. Tell us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund it.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to ask for a refund<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Email <a href=\"mailto:support@blackbeltsafety.com\">support@blackbeltsafety.com<\/a> with your name, the email on your account and your order number.
