Prepare, reschedule and follow up

Before your session: share one goal and the platform tool or task you want help with. Sign in beforehand and bring a non-sensitive example. Never share passwords or API tokens.
Your 45 minutes: set the goal, work through the tool with your coach, practise the steps, and agree on your next actions.
Need to move a session? Use the reschedule or cancellation link in your booking confirmation. Please give at least 24 hours notice when possible.
Missed a session? Contact support before rebooking so we can review the next eligible time. No automatic rescheduling or no-show fee is added.
If your coach cancels: your included session remains available to rebook.
Between sessions: use support for account, navigation, booking or billing questions. Guided goal work takes place in your private sessions.

One included private 45-minute session every two weeks. The monthly group masterclass is separate. Membership cancellation and refunds follow the existing refund policy.
