This certificate records completion of awareness training based on OSHA 29 CFR 1926.601 and 1926.602. It is not an OSHA card or license and does not qualify anyone to operate equipment. Employers must provide any required site-specific training, including the site's traffic control and backing procedures and any operator training or evaluation other standards require.
