What an OSHA inspector asks for
When an inspector asks about training, they want to see that it happened, for whom, and when. Your team plan keeps that record for every worker.
- Who was trained, on what, and when – every completion is dated and saved per worker.
- Written certification where a rule requires it – for example, fall protection training must be certified in writing under 29 CFR 1926.503(b).
- A certificate anyone can check – each one carries a code you can verify at blackbeltsafety.com/verify.

Is there a minimum crew size?
Team plans start at 5 workers. For one or two workers, a Blue Belt at $25/month per worker gives the same courses with no quote.
Do these courses replace OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 cards?
No. OSHA 10 and 30 cards come only from trainers authorized under OSHA’s Outreach Training Program. Our courses are awareness training with a certificate and a record you keep on file.
Can my crew train on their phones?
Yes. Each course takes 10 to 30 minutes and works on a phone.
Can a trainer teach my crew live?
Yes. Book a live class and a Black Belt trainer delivers it online on Google Meet, Zoom or Teams.
How do I check a worker’s certificate?
