This certificate records completion of awareness training based on OSHA 29 CFR 1926.57(a), (d)(1), (d)(2), (f)(1)(ii), (f)(1)(iv), (f)(1)(v), (f)(1)(x), (f)(1)(xii), (f)(2)(i), (f)(2)(ii), (f)(3)(i), (f)(4)(i)(a), (f)(5)(i), (f)(5)(ii), (f)(5)(iii), (f)(5)(iv), (f)(5)(v), (f)(6), (f)(7) and (f)(8). Your employer must still establish a respiratory protection program, as described in 29 CFR 1926.103, wherever it is necessary to use respiratory protective equipment (29 CFR 1926.57(f)(5)(iv)).
