What this certificate covers
This certificate records completion of awareness training based on OSHA 29 CFR 1910.215. It is not an OSHA card or license. Section 1910.215 sets requirements for abrasive wheel machinery and does not contain a training requirement, and this course covers only parts of it (not the specific guard exposure angles, guard materials and thicknesses, or flange dimension tables). Your employer must still meet that section's requirements, including using abrasive wheels only on machines provided with the required safety guards. Follow your employer's procedures and instructions for the machines and wheels at your workplace.
