What this certificate covers
This certificate records completion of awareness training based on OSHA 29 CFR 1910.123, 1910.124 and 1910.125. It is not an OSHA card or license, and it is not permit-required confined space entry training. 29 CFR 1910.123 through 1910.126 contain no separate training requirement; the related employer duty is 29 CFR 1910.124(f): your employer must make sure you know the first-aid procedures that are appropriate to the dipping or coating hazards to which you are exposed. Your employer must also control your exposure as required by any subpart Z standard that covers the liquid in your tank (29 CFR 1910.124(b)(2)), and meet the entry requirements of 29 CFR 1910.146, as applicable, before anyone enters a dip tank (29 CFR 1910.124(e)).
